What Is the VIP Service
With traditional parking, the keys stay at the facility: this lets us optimise space and, if needed, move cars during the stay. With the VIP Service, that doesn't happen. Your car is assigned a dedicated spot, you park it yourself, lock it and walk away with the keys in your pocket. Nobody can start it, move it an inch or get inside until you're back. It's designed for people who are particularly attached to their vehicle — whatever the car's value — and for those who simply prefer that the keys never leave their bag.
How It Works
- 1 STEP 1 Request the VIP at booking Mention the VIP Service when you book, or give us a call: we'll confirm availability and give you a quote.
- 2 STEP 2 You park, you keep the keys You arrive at our facility, we show you your assigned spot, you park and the keys stay with you.
- 3 STEP 3 Free shuttle to the terminal We take you to the terminal and come and pick you up on your return, exactly as with the Long Stay.

VIP, Long Stay or Car Valet: the Differences
The VIP Service is often confused with the Car Valet, but they're two opposite things. With the Car Valet you hand your keys to our operators — it's the premise of the service, the car has to be moved from the airport to the facility. With the VIP, you don't hand over the keys at all.

In short: choose the Car Valet if you want to save time and skip the trip to our facility; choose the VIP Service if you want nobody to touch your car.
What Remains Included
The VIP is an option of the Long Stay, so everything included in the standard stay remains included:
- Free round-trip shuttle to and from the terminals, running 24/7
- Continuous surveillance across the entire parking area, 24 hours a day
- Enclosed, guarded area with staff always on site
- Dedicated spot reserved for your car for the entire duration of the stay
Who It's For
Three situations where the VIP Service really makes sense:
A car you're particularly attached to
A classic car, a sports car, a vehicle fresh from the dealership. It's not about value: it's about not having to wonder, for two weeks, who might have sat in the driver's seat.
Personal set-ups and configurations
Seat adjusted to the millimetre, sound system fine-tuned, child seat fitted, equipment in the boot. On your return you find everything exactly as you left it, because nobody got on board.
Those who prefer not to hand over their keys
Some people, out of habit or company policy, never leave their vehicle keys with third parties. With the VIP that's not a problem: you do the parking and the keys stay in your bag for the whole trip.
What to Know Before You Book
- The VIP is not the Car Valet. With the VIP Service, you come to our facility and take the shuttle to the terminal. If what you're after is handing over your car right at the airport, the right service is the Car Valet — and in that case you hand the keys to us.
- It must be requested in advance, not on arrival. The dedicated spot is reserved: mention the VIP when you book or over the phone, so we have it ready for your dates.
- If the keys stay with you, they stay with you. With the VIP we cannot move your car for any reason, not even for extra services such as car wash or refuelling. If you want those too, choose the standard Long Stay.
