What Is the Car Valet
The Car Valet is the fastest parking service for travellers departing from Fiumicino Airport: instead of driving to the car park and then taking the shuttle to the terminal, you drive straight to the airport and we come and collect the car. It's the ideal solution for business travellers, early-morning flights, anyone with lots of luggage or anyone who simply wants to make the most of every minute before the flight.
How It Works — Go to Arrivals, then PT3
- 1 STEP 1 Enter the airport and GO TO ARRIVALS Don't go to Departures. The Car Valet takes place on the Arrivals side.
- 2 STEP 2 Follow the P → T3 signs Blue sign "P T3 Short Stay" — 15 minutes of free parking.
- 3 STEP 3 Call 20 minutes ahead +39 327 1864779 — we'll be waiting for you at PT3.
Good to know: once inside the airport area you have a limit of 15 minutes of free parking at PT3. That's why it's important to call us 20 minutes before you arrive: we reach the meeting point within the free-parking window.

Common Car Valet Mistakes
- Calling on arrival instead of 20 minutes ahead. If you call when you're already at the airport, you risk exceeding the 15-minute free-parking limit. Let us know in advance.
- Going to the wrong meeting point. The correct spot is the PT3 Short Stay car park on the Arrivals side: once you enter the airport, go to Arrivals (not Departures) and from there follow the signs for PT3, near the airport train station.
- Not telling us about last-minute schedule changes. If your arrival at the airport is significantly delayed, call us as soon as you can: we'll coordinate to be at the meeting point at the right time, so you don't risk paying for parking.
