What Is the Car Valet
The Car Valet is the fastest parking service for travellers departing from Fiumicino
Airport: instead of driving to the car park and then taking the shuttle to the terminal,

Common Car Valet Mistakes
Calling on arrival instead of 20 minutes ahead. If you call when you're already at the airport, you risk exceeding the 15-minute free-parking limit. Let us know in advance.
Going to the wrong meeting point. The correct spot is the PT3 Short Stay car park on the Arrivals side: once you enter the airport, go to Arrivals (not Departures) and from there follow the signs for PT3, near the airport train station.
Not telling us about last-minute schedule changes. If your arrival at the airport is significantly delayed, call us as soon as you can: we'll coordinate to be at the meeting point at the right time, so you don't risk paying for parking.

How early should I arrive before my flight with the Car Valet?
We recommend allowing the same time as a normal check-in, plus 5-10 minutes for the car hand-over: you call 20 minutes before arriving, we wait for you at the PT3 meeting point, take the car and you're inside the airport. For intercontinental flights, allow at least 2.5 hours before take-off.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing to worry about: the service runs 24 hours a day. When you land, call the number on your receipt and we'll bring your car back to the meeting point within minutes, whatever the time.
Where exactly does the car hand-over take place?
The meeting point is the PT3 Short Stay car park at Fiumicino Airport, near the airport train station. Once you enter the airport, go to Arrivals (not Departures) and from there follow the signs for PT3. You have 15 minutes of free parking for the hand-over — that's why we ask you to call us 20 minutes before you arrive.
Does the car stay at the airport or is it moved?
The car is transferred to our guarded facility at Via Falzarego n°93, 5 minutes from the airport. There it's protected by 24/7 surveillance and staff who are always on site, exactly like the long stay.
Can I keep my car keys?
No: the Car Valet requires handing your keys to our operators, because the car has to be transferred from the airport to our facility and brought back when you return. If you'd rather keep the keys with you and leave the car untouched in its spot, the right service is the VIP Service, an option of the Long Stay.
